Who we are

Quotes and prices
We price per image, by service, complexity and volume. Before any paid work starts we confirm the services, the complexity level and the price per image with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Larger and recurring orders can get a lower price. Payment terms, currency and method are stated on your quote or invoice.
Free trial
Each company can send up to 5 images for a free trial. Trial images are edited by hand, checked by QA and delivered without watermarks. Trial files are handled as described in our privacy policy.
Your spec
Your template or brief sets the background, size, margins, file formats, naming and any style references. We edit to that spec, so please keep it up to date. Changes to the spec after work has started may change the timeline or the price, and we will tell you before going ahead.
Delivery and turnaround
We confirm the timeline for each order, and for very large batches before we start. The turnaround figures on this website describe our past performance and are not a guarantee for a specific order.
Changes
If a delivered image does not match the agreed spec, tell us and we rework it. A request for a different look or a new spec is treated as a new instruction and may be quoted separately.
Your images and your rights
You keep all rights to the images you send and to the edited results. You confirm that you have the right to have the images edited. We use your images only to complete your order and never publish or share them without your permission.
Confidentiality and NDA
We treat every image and brief as confidential. An NDA is available on request: message us before you send files and we will sign it.
File storage and deletion
Finished files can be downloaded for a limited time after delivery, as shown in your client portal or download email. After that period the files are removed from our servers, so please download and keep your own copies.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Orders already confirmed keep the terms that applied when they were confirmed.
