Who we are
This website and the free trial are run by World Retouch.,JSC (WorldRetouch), registered at K8/04 Phan Kế Bính, Phường Hải Châu, TP Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam, tax ID 0402023529. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Free trial requests: your email address, the services you pick, your instructions, the images and reference files you upload, and where you came from (for example a search or an ad).
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used to stop spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Visitor statistics: page views counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
How we use it
- To confirm your email with a one-time code and send you updates about your trial.
- To edit your images, check them in QA and send you the result.
- To follow up with a quote for your volume.
- To keep the free trial to one per company and protect it from abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we use your images only to edit them for you.
How long we keep it
- Images and reference files are deleted 30 days after we deliver your result.
- If a trial is not delivered within 10 days of submission, its files are deleted then.
- If we decline a trial, its files are deleted after 7 days.
- Unconfirmed requests are closed after 24 hours.
- We keep a short record of each request (email, company domain, services and dates) so we can apply the one-trial rule, until you ask us to delete it.
Who helps us process it
We use these service providers, and they handle your data only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Cloudflare delivers the website, runs the security check on the free trial form and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
- Google Workspace sends and receives our email.
- Bizfly Cloud stores uploaded images and reference files, in Vietnam.
- DigitalOcean hosts the database that tracks your request.
Some of them process data outside your country. Paid orders follow the agreement we make with you.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. On the free trial page your browser keeps your upload session in session storage until you close the tab, and Cloudflare runs a security check to tell people from bots.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
